Redeem any reward with the Ascend Credits you've earned in your communities. Your credits are the currency — there's no separate purchase.

It depends on the reward. Digital codes and gift cards arrive by email, Discord role rewards are granted in the linked server, and physical items ship to the address you provide at checkout.

You earn Ascend Credits by being active in communities running Ascend — playing, competing, and taking part in events. Your balance is shown in your account.

Open a dispute from your account and Ascend will step in to mediate with the partner until it's resolved.
