What can my community use today?

Ascend AI, which answers your members' questions on Discord from your own docs, and Ascend Credits, which members earn in Discord (rewards aren't open to everyone yet). LFG and Communities are in development; leave your email on either and we'll tell you when it's out.

Is Ascend AI only for gaming servers?

No. It works for any community that gets asked the same questions, from streamers to study groups. Gaming servers can add game data plugins on top.

How do members earn Ascend Credits?

They link their Discord account, then earn for time in voice and chat, community tasks, and a daily spin. Earning is opt-in and checked: voice counts in counted channels with someone else there and not deafened or AFK, and chat counts at a human pace. Rewards aren't open to everyone yet.

Do Ascend Credits have a cash value?

No. Ascend Credits have no cash value and can't be exchanged for money. They're redeemed for gift cards, Discord roles, and gear from rewards partners.

When do LFG and Communities launch?

There's no date yet, and we won't guess at one. Leave your email in either section and we'll write once, when it's out.

Will Communities replace our Discord server?

No. It's planned as a home for your server on Ascend, tied to the Discord you already run, so members, events and rewards sit in one place without moving anyone.

How can a brand get involved?

List your product as a reward that members choose to redeem with the credits they earned. Get in touch through the partnerships topic on our contact page.
